CELEBRATION BAPTIST CHURCH WILL PROVIDE BREAKFAST to the Harmony Grove Schools staff during their campus-wide professional development training on August 7. A list of items needed and opportunities for service are at the main welcome desk in the CBC foyer.
SENIOR ADULT LUNCHEON is set for Friday, August 9 at noon at the CBC facilities.
AMPLIFY, a large Christian outdoor music event, will kick-off August 9-10, in the field behind Holland Chapel Baptist Church in Benton. The event will feature several popular musical artists like Skillet, Crowder, etc. Go to http://amplifyfest.com for more info.

GIDEON SUNDAY is slated for Sunday, August 11. A Gideon representative will provide a brief presentation during Morning Worship. An offering will be taken.
THE CBC WOMEN’S MINISTRY TEAM is planning a Ladies Event for Sunday, August 11. The group will have lunch, followed by a Christmas Shoebox wrapping session. You may bring your contents that day to complete your donation.
ANNUAL HARMONY GROVE SCHOOLS PRAYER WALK is set for Sunday, August 11 at 7 p.m. The walk will begin at the Middle School flagpole and move to each campus praying for school leadership, students, overall safety, and more.
AWANA CLUB LEADERSHIP MEETING is slated for Sunday, Aug. 11 following Morning Worship. The new AWANA Club year will kick-off August 21.
EVERLASTING SMILES CHRISTMAS SHOEBOXES ministry is underway. A content list is in the Welcome Center. Shoeboxes will be available Aug. 11. Please begin collecting your donated items. Deadline for returning the filled, wrapped shoeboxes will be September 1.
Associational Spotlight
Celebration Baptist Church has been commissioned to make disciples throughout the world (Matthew 28:19-20). But, can CBC do the work alone? The truth is that we AREN’T required to do the work alone!
Following the pattern of New Testament Churches, Celebration Baptist Church has partnered with other churches of similar convictions on three levels – a local association (immediate area), a state association (Arkansas) and a national association (America).
The Baptist Missionary Association of Arkansas is comprised of approximately 300 churches across Arkansas. Those 300 churches have chosen to cooperate together to support four departments or ministries – Central Baptist College, BMA of Arkansas State Missions, Baptist Trumpet, and BMA of Arkansas Youth Department.
Central Baptist College is a four year college, unapologetically comminted to a Biblical Worldview. The school’s mission statement reads “Central Baptist College is committed to transforming lives through education

BMA of Arkansas State Missions coordinates the ministries of seven missionaries across the state of Arkansas. Paul White serves as Executive Director.
