CBCInTheKnow – October 2024

Ministry Opportunity

Awana Clubs and Student Ministry reach nearly 100 kids each week at Celebration. However, there is an opportunity to reach more. Several kids need transportation on Wednesdays to attend these CBC ministries.

We need a volunteer(s) to drive the CBC bus to pick-up students. Bus drivers must have a Class C or higher Commercial Driver’s License AND a passenger endorsement.  If interested in driving or becoming qualified to drive see Bro. Allan at your earliest convenience.

Associational Spotlight

Celebration Baptist Church has been commissioned to make disciples throughout the world (Matthew 28:19-20). But, can CBC do the work alone? The truth is that we AREN’T required to do the work alone!

Following the pattern of New Testament Churches, Celebration Baptist Church has partnered with other churches of similar convictions on three levels – a local association (immediate area), a state association (Arkansas) and a national association (America).

The Baptist Missionary Association of America (http://bmaamerica.org) is comprised of approximately 1400 churches across the US.
