CHRIS AND LINDSEY ARE EXPECTIN A BABY GIRL – Scottlyn Jo McDonald. A gift table has been set up in the entrance foyer to receive baby gifts for the couple and Scottie! The table will remain until August 2nd.
MIDWEEK ACTIVITIES @ CELEBRATION will include Men’s Group @ 6:30 p.m. and Student Ministry @ 6:36 p.m. for the next three weeks. CAM has concluded it’s summer session and AWANA Clubs will begin August 26th.
CBC WILL SERVE HG TEACHERS on Wed., August 5. Celebration will provide breakfast for the campus-wide Professional Development Day at Harmony Grove. We need at least 20 breakfast casseroles, plus other homemade breakfast items. A sign-up sheet is on the welcome center table or by using this QR code in this announcement. A BACK TO SCHOOL BASH is set for Sunday, August 9 at 5:30 pm. This outreach to our community will include food, fun, school supplies, free haircuts, a clothing giveaway, food giveaway, etc.
In preparation for the event, please consider donating various school supplies (wide rule notebook paper, #2 pencils, colored pencils, glue sticks, safety scissors, pencil boxes, etc.) AND gently used and clean children’s clothing.

EVERLASTING SMILES CHRISTMAS SHOEBOXES MINISTRY has kicked-off at Celebration. Annually, Christmas shoeboxes are built and sent overseas as a demonstration of love and to create an opportunity to present the gospel of Jesus. CBC members and guests are invited to grab one or more shoeboxes from the Welcome Desk, fill them with approved items and return them by August 31. A suggested content list is available at the CBC Welcome Desk, too.
