Upcoming Events
A CELEBRATION:Pointmen event is set for April 12 at 6:30 at the CBC facilities. At the event, a couple of the CBC men will share their story. BBQ and Baggo is also on the agenda. Guests are certainly welcomed.
A Discover Celebration event is planned for Sunday, Apr. 14 following Morning Worship. The purpose of Discover Celebration is to share the vision and the ministry of Celebration Baptist Church with guests and to orientate new members. Snacks will be served.
A CELEBRATION:Senior Adult event is set for Friday, April 19 at noon. The group will gather at the CBC facilities for lunch and activities.
AWANA CLUBS closing program is scheduled for Wednesday, April 24. Clubbers will be recognized with awards, plus a fellowship time will follow.
A FUNDRAISER MEAL AND DESSERT/FOOD AUCTION EVENT is slated for Friday Apr. 26. The meal will consist of smash burgers, fresh cut fries, etc. Take-outs will be available at 5:30 pm. Dine-in begins at 6 pm. A dessert/food auction will follow. Proceeds go toward summer church camp fees and SOAR Student Conference fees. More details as the date approaches.
QUARTERLY BUSINESS MEETING is planned for Apr. 28 following Morning Worship.
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY will take a break May 1, May 8, and May 15. Then on May 22, Celebration Archery Ministry will kick-off for the summer.
GRADUATE SUNDAY is set for May 5. During Morning Worship, CBC will recognize graduating High School Seniors. Currently, CBC has three graduates that worship at Celebration (Brady McKnight, Alex Back, Hayden Lee). Also, two additional graduates participate in Celebration: Students on Wednesdays (Justen Washington, Stephen Newton). Graduate display boards will be set-up in the CBC foyer. You are welcome to bless them with graduation gifts that morning.
